Who is the Resilience Hub Collaborative?

This space is for you

The Resilience Hub Collaborative (RHC) is rooted in collective liberation, transformative action, and care. It is for community-based leaders, their aligned partners, and community members to ideate, exchange useful information, and help each other thrive as they develop culturally-appropriate Resilience Hubs in their specific neighborhoods and communities. The RHC is also open to Resilience Hub implementation partners who are aligned in the vision of shifting power to community leaders and partners throughout the entire process.

RHC Peer Network

Are you a neighborhood leader, a community member, a youth organizer, community-based partner committed to establishing, activating, and/or sustaining a Resilience Hub in your area? This space is for you.

RHC invites and includes peers from across the country supporting localized anchors of activity for the community and led by the community. These Hubs are unique to each community and can center a diversity of programmatic themes, including social connectedness, mental health, family services, youth and elder care, art + culture, healing-centered services, public health, regenerative justice, resilient communications and emergency preparedness, and so much more. Peers within the RHC gather on a recurring basis to share lived experiences, case stories, individual and generational wisdom, and obtain resources and support from RHC partners.

Resilience Hub Team

Baja (ki.she.love) is the originator of the Resilience Hub concept and has been referred to as the “mother or guru of Resilience Hubs”. She has actively designed, planned, implemented, and supported Hubs for over a decade. Baja is a wisdom holder, biomimetic, coach, guide, and facilitator who roots all her work in collective liberation, compassion, love, empathy and care.

robyn.e (she.we.love) exists to do work that embodies compassion, empathy, and love. She is a pollinator and wisdom gatherer, with experience actively weaving in collective care within the culture of non-profits, CBO’s, and local governments. Her experience includes environmental sustainability and equitable climate action, focusing on collaborative partnerships, change management, compassionate leadership, and coaching.

The Resilience Hub Collaborative is co-stewarded and supported with compassion, love, and care by Baja and robyn.e

Community Led, Government Supported

Just as every community is unique, every Resilience Hub is unique. Each Hub reflects the culture and needs of the community it serves.
